Tim Souter - Director/Technician
Tim has been the owner of alliance for over 40 years, and has been on the forefront of digital dentistry from the very beginning. Being the KOL for Dentsply Sirona, Tim has always been beta testing software as well as hardware for decades.
When it comes to Sirona InLab, Tim is the go-to guy, he has pushed the boundaries of the software to the point of people from the company ask him for help.
With over 5000 Sirona connect cases, it’s safe to say Tim could use the software with his eyes closed.
This knowledge was then passed down to Nick, who couldn’t get enough of CAD software and really invested in the hardware, which helped grow the digital side of the business to what it is today.

Amanda Souter - Practice Manager
Joining her husband Tim 40 years ago, Amanda has been a crucial part of the lab as it continued to grow into what it is today.
The ‘voice’ of the business, Amanda oversees all aspects of the business from deliveries to invoices as well as managing the boys addiction to spending on shiny new toys.
With almost 80-90% of the business being digital, having someone like Amanda is an integral part of the business to ensure that all these jobs are managed correctly and arrive at the right practice at the right time.
